Nicely furnished units with large glass windows, nice bathroom plus a bedroom, and efficient staff. Fab food for dinner and breakfast. The most important - excellent location perfect in walking distance of the main bars.

Location: the hotel was near to the visitor center and Galway and the Cliffs. Before bed I went to Mcgann's Pub & Restaurant for a nightcap, it's steps away from the venue.
The hotel staff was useless.

Wasn't exactly blown away by my stay. Breakfast was mediocre, really, and the towels? Far too small! Expected an upgrade for sure as compensation for such discomfort but alas, none received. Seriously woudl ve been nice to have tea and coffee in the room. I was almost going to leave a good review, but just couldn't!

excellent location, well-stocked refreshment area, spacious bathroom
Variable water temperature in showers a major inconvenience!!! The noise from disruptive guests disturbed sleep quality significantly!!! Common seating areas could use a little more coziness for hanging out.
